Label Pilot provides address-label creation and order-fulfilment tools for Shopify merchants. This policy explains how Label Pilot handles information when a merchant installs and uses the app.

Information we process

Label Pilot accesses the Shopify shop details, orders, recipient names, delivery addresses and fulfilment information needed to provide its features. It also stores the merchant’s saved label templates and preferences. We do not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the shop, fetch the orders selected by the merchant, create printable address labels, save label settings and update fulfilment status when requested.

Storage and service providers

The app is hosted using Google Firebase and Google Cloud services. Shopify supplies the commerce data used by the app. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Shop connection details and saved settings may be retained while the app is installed and for a limited period afterwards where required for security, support or legal purposes. Merchants may request deletion of their Label Pilot data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information. Shopify customers should normally contact the merchant from whom they placed an order. Merchants can contact Label Pilot directly.
