These terms apply when a Shopify merchant installs or uses Label Pilot.

The service

Label Pilot helps merchants fetch Shopify orders, format delivery addresses, create printable label PDFs and mark selected orders as fulfilled. The merchant remains responsible for checking every label, address and fulfilment action before use.

Price and free trial

Label Pilot costs £2.99 per month following a one-month free trial. Subscription approval, billing and cancellation are handled through Shopify. Applicable taxes may be added by Shopify.

Cancellation

A merchant may cancel by uninstalling the app or managing the subscription through Shopify. Access to paid features may end when the subscription or applicable billing period ends.

Acceptable use

You must use Label Pilot lawfully and only with stores and information you are authorised to manage. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Label Pilot available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Label Pilot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect order information, printer configuration, label selection or merchant actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
